30 min at Home One on One Personal Training Session

We take on private clients on a limited and case by case basis. Please contact us if interested with the subject 1-on-1 training. 

Expect a 30 min session.

This  can  be  a  video or in-person  session  (depending on location)

A weekly CARDIO Plan

$30.00

Weekly  cardio  plan  is  using  some tools  and depends  on  the client.  The  most  effective way  to  burn  fat  is  using  a  mixture  of  cardio styles. With  this  on-line  plan  you  get  a cardio  workout plan to  change it  up  some.

On-Line Monthly Weight Training Routine

$50.00

Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

A month of workouts  on a  spread  sheet  for  you  to take  anywhere. The  workouts will match your fitness  level and will  change as  you  develope the  strength and skills. 

The workout  routine could  change  every  week, or monthly.  This  will  depend  on your  consistency and ability to accomplish  existing  workouts..  


A weekly cardio plan will also  be provided  along with weekly email or text check-ins. 

*Depending on our  chats modifications maybe  made.  


Check-ins are needed, ACCOUNTABILITY & a little  motivation. (We know you  want it but everyone needs a spark at times)

Personal Training

One-on-One personal training sessions are  customized to your needs, goals, and levels. Private training is an  amazingly effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your  coach will work with you to identify your goals and design a program  specifically targeted to help you achieve them. It's a phenomenal way to  receive the undivided attention of one of our expert coaches, but if it  doesn’t fit into your budget, we encourage you to consider our group  training.
